I was not warmly welcomed when I arrived and there is nowhere to put your bag/personal belongings - I had to put my bag on the floor. Also more explanation with regard to the treatment and different options would have been nice... She did a good job with my eyelash extensions but the tinting and threading was done in a rush - still lots of little hairs leftover.
