Lynnie made me feel at ease right away. As I wasn't sure what I wanted exactly, we talked about different options and it was clear that she had a lot of good advice based on her experience and I felt at ease making my choice of hair style that best suited my lifestyle, face shape and hair type amongst other factors. My hair feels so much better now and I'm more confident in styling it myself.
