Appointment changed time with no reason or communication then when I arrived there was no meet and greet just a lot of empty hanging around past the rescheduled slot ( me and two others) in reception area - so confusing- esp as my timing was changed with no explanation-initial impression has not made me want to return .
However, I will say the therapist was extremely good, professional and first rate.
