Treatment did not take place. They called me to let me know there’s gas leak and therefore offering cancellation/reschedule. I said ok. Waited for an email from them on the next steps. I called and emailed them. Did not get any response. How disappointing. I still got charged for it.

The place is great and the staff are great too, but in my last session the skin didn't peel and I'm disappointed.
