I had a great experience with the Gloss. The staff were absolutely fantastic. I went for microneedling and had to reschedule back in a week because I had used retinol too recently. I appreciated this diligence. The procedure was a bit spicy, but the results are amazing. I will definitely be returning!

I had my eyebrows done by Joanne and it was amazing! I only had my eyebrows done when I was in my teens and I really didn't like it and it scar me for years! I never had my eyebrows since only just tweezers at home. But I told the shape I want and style I like to Joanne, she then makes the magic happen!
