I had to change my appointment a few times, the first due to an error on the app. So if you want HD Brows, the therapist isn’t in on Mondays. When I got there I wasn’t warmly welcomed at all, merely told to go downstairs and wait, not offered a drink or anything. My actual treatment was excellent, but I was very firm with the shape I wanted straight away, which helped I think as I was immediately told to lay down instead of having the consultation about the shape I wanted. I’ve had previously bad experiences with threading and so I wanted to be sure about the shape I wanted. The relaxing music was great, the treatment was painless, she was gentle and took her time which was really good. Half way through though, the music in the salon part upstairs was extremely loud and drowned out the relaxing music. Overall, I was happy with the treatment but I travelled an hour and 20 minutes across London for it, and it was a shame the ambience of the entire salon didn’t reflect the good treatment I had. I don’t think I’ll go back, but if it’s local to you, it’s worth a visit.
