Loved the haircut and the lady who cut my hair was great unfortunately the rest of my experience was below par. No one offered to take my coat and when I asked if it could be hung up the lady hung it upside down! She then proceeded to wash my hair, (certain she was not properly trained in this), she kept scraping my scalp with her very long nails until eventually I had to ask her to stop - it still hurt the next day!
