The beautician (I wish I remembered her name) was incredibly thorough and attentive. Best facial I've ever had. She also took time to advise me on ways to help improve my skin. Definitely will be going back!

Though the staff was friendly, they cancelled my appointment after it was confirmed on the app. They did however leave a voicemail which I missed to propose an alternative time
