I have mixed feelings about this - the facial was fine, and felt nice, and for 55£ I suppose was good value for money, but it could have been better.
First of all, when I laid down the technician asked me what kind of skin I have... as the resident expert shouldn’t she be telling me this and evaluating for herself?
She gave a facial massage first, but it wasn’t particularly deep or inspiring.
A series of masks and scrubs were given, and to be honest they were rather rough and made my face sting.
The extraction happened towards the end, but lasted only about three minutes which was incredibly disappointing - extractions are the main reason for me having facials and I expect a thoroughness.
While the technician was nice I felt she was only going through the motions and while my skin felt clean after I don’t think it was good as it could have been.
Doubtful I’ll return here

Everything was perfect, as usual. Paula is very professional and the treatment was great - its now my 4th session and results are unquestionable. The ambience is relaxing, clean, and curated in detail. Excellent value for money.
