Pretty average experience. I couldn’t get to my usual place so tried here and so glad I only had underarms and eyebrows done as wouldn’t have wanted to have a bikini wax here. Staff were friendly but disorganised with appt and late, double dipping in the wax, took a few attempts to get the underarm wax done.

The 45 minutes for the treatment flew away! The staff was lovely and very helpful explaining the procedure and making me feel comfortable from the start. And the treatment left my back beautifully clean and relaxed like it hasn’t been in a while.
