Unfortunately, The Gloss Clinic is not 100% honest with their services and dealings. They promise services, of which they do not fully deliver. They agreed to a refund and then never gave me my refund. I am owed £2000.
The salon, its services, and staff are great. I only rated 1 star, so this review gets seen. Do not pay any money upfront or pay for packages when it comes to this salon. Search Trust Pilot reviews, there are 2025 reviews that confirm refund issues from £1000 and upwards.

Disappointed with the promised treats and the only 15 minutes of massage provided after travelling in from Surrey. My original appointment had been moved to the afternoon when I was leaving home. My train into London was then cancelled and I lost my way getting to The Gloss and I advised them. It was not a great birthday treat to myself and I could done this locally without travelling in.

Cheap salon vibes. They don't have all the equipment you would find in the dentists. For an extra tenner you can get a much more professional and enjoyable experience elsewhere.
