Very rushed. Wasn’t ready when I got there and I had to ask for steam and extractions. First time I had the microdermabrasion was fantastic but a completely differently routine (first time my skin was cleansed, steamed and extractions were done then I got a microdermabrasion). I hate complaining but this was a waste of my money and my skin didn’t look any better after :(
