I started my laser removal sessions in September 2024, and today was my final session. Unfortunately, after five sessions, my tattoos still look exactly the same—just as dark and thick as they did six months ago.
That being said, I want to give five-star feedback to Farida♥️. She has been absolutely wonderful—patient, professional, and the only one willing to increase the machine's intensity at my request.

Everyone at The Gloss is so helpful, professional and accommodating from the receptionists to the laser practitioner Farida who is amazing at her job and really makes you feel comfortable and welcomed. She is superb at her job and the results I've had so far have been incredible. You can tell Farida and the rest of the staff like Erika prioritise customer satisfaction and genuinely care about you. Definitely recommend.

Lash lift was not good at all it barely made a difference. I curl my eyelashes every day by heating the curler with a lighter and they last all day. I was hoping for the same effect but unfortunately the lash lift and tint was not even close.
