I bought this product as I thought they used the Juvexin Global Keratin System. This was not the case and I didn't find out until I asked the girl doing my hair what product she used and she said it was called London Keratin (which I am struggling to find reviews of online). In my eyes, this is misleading of the product and I am looking to get my money back.

The manicure was overall very good. The pitty was to pay £10 for shellac take off when I paid the whole manicure £15. Apart from this great service and the manicure was done very very well.

I had an IPL laser hair removal treatment - it was my first one at the salon, and I had a patch test a few days before which was very quick. The treatment itself was quick and less painful than treatments I have had in other salons - I will be back in the future

I have been for a shellac manicure previously and they charge £10 to remove! The lady Kristina is very good and thorough.
