I did not get the nails that I had wanted. I had booked acrylic overlay and she had me down for build a nail which is basically shallac that does not last on my nails. Would have given 5* if I had got what I wanted. The nail tech was friendly and chatty.

Very professional, friendly and had outstanding knowledge about nails! It was my first visiting a nail salon and using gel and I was concerned about damage it could to my nails. Saphra explained everything to my (in layman’s speak) and was very reassuring. I’m hooked now! Nails by Saphra for life!
