I like what they’ve done with the salon and overall feel, the set up is fun and great workmanship as highlights were lovely. Just missing a sense of proudness in what the hairdresser does. She left before seeing the finishing result which I guess can happen. The worst experience for me was, she didn’t ask me what I wanted colour wise in my hair. She just went off and made up the colours without communicating and I had to ask her what colours she was putting in my hair! Never had that happen before and not often that I treat myself to a salon, I left feeling down which was a shame.
