Romena was the full experience Talented Thorough Caring Welcoming Skilled Great hair wash and blow dry. I hate to be unkind but you want my honest opinion. The girl at reception struggled to hold her own head up and get her face out of her phone. Luckily Romena made up for it in every way and because of her I would definitely come back!
