My hair turned out okay - balayage looks a bit yellow, but I did have toner so maybe should have specified I wanted it a bit ashier. I got a haircut as well and the stylist said it would look best if it was just a plain trim and I felt like I couldn't say no and for over £40 it's disappointing. I also wasn't impressed by the covid saftey -- people not wearing masks over their nose, general feeling of carelessness. The Cheam location was better about this, so I don't think it's a chainwide thing.

Really nice haircut. Just didn't liked the finishing, I was expecting my hair to be straightened so I didn't had frizzy hair on the following day.
