I was a little disappointed with the lashes as I was expecting a more dramatic affect! I was also told over the phone I could only get the Classics and that they were £40 not the £50 I paid. Next time think I will book in person and book the Russian lashes!

I usually have Georgia to do my LVL and Brows but she was not available. I had a different lady. They overran by 45 minutes and rushed my appointment. I asked for natural brown/ light brown colour. My eyebrows where black and I was reassured they would settle. I returned to the shop 2 days later. She apparently used the lightest shade and maybe it was a “bad batch”! And said all I can offer is an apology! No refund even offered. I feel completely Let down and now embarrassed to show my face.
