Harriet was so lovely! I have really short lashes and Harriet was so professional and advised me to go down the lash lift route rather than extensions as over time my lashes will become curlier. The lash lift really made a difference and I’m so happy with the results. I’ve already booked to come back again x

Shelley was really welcoming and friendly and made me feel very calm whilst I was having my hair extensions done. As it was my first time having extensions, she reassured my concerns and spoke me through the entire process, and the end result was gorgeous. I have to retouch the colour of my faded dye, yet she managed to expertly fit them and I have received many compliments. I booked with her for the colour as she is a wonderful stylist, and I’ll definitely be returning to the GG.

booked appointment two weeks in advance for heena brows. Got to the salon and were told thy cannot do it as I didnot had a patch test. I explained I did. But they said becuase that person left the business they donot feel confident doing it. I donot understand why they didnot call me before to say I needed the patch test it's just horriable. I had wedding to go to nxt day.HARRIET WAS AWFUL NO APOLOGY!! I visit them very often but from now on I won't... this experience I had was Horrible!!
