I think for the price it was overall good, the end results were good and what I hoped for! It looses a star as I wouldn’t go or recommend it for relaxation or an enjoyable beauty experience! I was waiting for 15 mins for my appointment and the staffs general vibe was kind of disorganized and they just seemed completely over it. I was a bit worried whether they knew what they were doing or not … but as I said I got the results I wanted so they obviously do!
