I had booked an appointment for hybrid lashes with Jess. It was rescheduled twice. When it was rescheduled I noticed on my confirmation email it said cashmere half set. I questioned this and Jess confirmed she was only trained in Cashmere even though online it booked it with Jess. Jess was very good and managed to change the technician doing my lashes. Sam came in and did the set for me. Sam then asked for payment to which I explained I had already paid online. Bit of miscommunication.

Always friendly and helpful. Good and quick cuts. Bit frustrating having to wait 15mins for appt when I was 10mins late a few months ago my appointment was cancelled so seems hypocritical. Atmosphere pleasant and everyone very nice.
