Booked in with Rosie for a balayage. She took the time to offer me a thorough consultation to ensure we were both on the same page. We had a slight toner issue (which I didn't even spot until shown) but Rosie was professional and honest and pointed it out where a small area was slightly lighter, and invited me back in the following day to correct it which I really appreciated her going the extra mile. Rosie also styled my hair beautifully. I'll be booking in with her again in the near future!
