Have reached out twice now to follow up on refund due to wax I had paid for not being available but have not heard back at all from the business. If you could sort this for me that would be brilliant.

I did try to contact the owner for feedback but sadly my message was ignored.
I used to go to GG for lashes pre 2020 and had a good experience.
This however was dire.
I booked ‘mega volume’ with a ‘senior’ lash tech- the quality was of a trainee. The lashes were thin, sparse and uneven, & certainly not ‘mega volume’
The tech was poorly & coughed & sniffed over me without a mask.
She handed me over to another tech 1/2 way in! 2 eyes looked completely different! The whole thing took 2.5 h

They didn’t have the elite weave in my colour but rearranged for me to go to the cheam salon which is closer. This worked well for me. Jorgia listened to what I wanted and did the perfect top row. Very happy with the outcome!

The Glamour Garage is an amazing venue where you can get everything done in one place and made to feel special. I have been going to the reigate venue for several years now and could not recommend it enough. Traci the owner always makes sure that her team are happy as well as her clients. She is a phenomenal artist in her craft and inspirational in creating a concept that delivers high end treatments in a clean and vibrant salon. I would not go anywhere else. Thank you Traci and team
