Jessica was fantastic. Having not had my hair touched for 4 years after a bad experience, Jessica really reassured me and made me feel in control the entire time. Taking it small amounts at a time and letting me check and just making sure i was 100% comfortable the entire time. Will definitely be coming back to see her and couldnt recommend her more! Xx
