Unfortunately not a great experience. I have contacted the salon to ask them to fix my poorly done LVL which caused damage to the eyelid, lashes and were done wonky. They offered me a day to come in which worked, when I responded they then came back offering two slots on a Saturday which didn’t work and was different to their original offer. I’ve asked for a refund as I had to go to another salon to have it rectify and they have ignored my messages but have read them

Thank you for doing my daughters makeup and hair for her prom. Beth is lovely. would highly recommend, all the girls that work in the salon are lovely. I always use this salon and I’ve never been disappointed. Thank you for giving my girl the best experience :)
