The salon was extremely dirty with hair left on the floor. I had my make up done no primer or moisturiser used the make up pallets were dirty and had not been cleaned. The brushes were not clean, a new wand was not used for the mascara when applied. No eyeliner or lashes. I requested a half up, half down hair style my hair was curled and not brushed out. I’m very disappointed with my experience and will not be returning.

Took my teen daughter to get hair highlighted for the first time. My teenager had some ideas and didn't want to go too light. Grace was carefully listening to her and gave her some ideas and reassure her she won't go too blond.
My daughter was so happy, seeing her new hair and smile so much was nice to see for a mother, and this teen is fussy. She loves her fresh new hair. Grace is such a Gem and worked magic on my daughter.
