Both ladies I had were nice. With my brows, she didn't take of the current brow makeup and just put the dye over the top which I thought was a bit weird. When waxing, she didn't finish the full job and I didn't notice until I got home and had to pluck some hairs when I got home.
With my lashes, I showed some photos of what I wanted but these were not stuck to. Since the appointment, a lot have already fallen out and its only been a couple of days.
