Not all staff wore masks all the time.
Took some length off but didn’t really thin at all. Fringe left too long, had to redo at home.

Very bad timekeeping was made to wait 30 minutes after my appointment time and everyone was miserable in there. Hardly any smiles and the whole thing seemed completely rushed like they just wanted to get it over and done with to go home. I wont return here because the atmosphere and customer service was horrible and no care was taken from start to finish.
