The salon was exceptionally clean and everyone adhered to the rules such as wearing masks and sanitising etc. I never felt uncomfortable which was very reassuring. LOVE my hair by Jessie, felt like a new person walking out of there, and really enjoyed being in the salon, all the girls are so lovely!

Jessie was great. I came in for a cut after lockdown and gave her a very vague description of what I wanted 'maybe a bob' - she did a great job and I've had loads of compliments.

Worst haircut in memory.
Absolutely appaling.
Not surprising really as a wash cut and blow dry was completed in 20 minutes, even though I was booked in for 1 hour 15 minutes on treatwell.
I feel no care was given and the outcome is proof.
I have not had it fixed yet, so I am letting peolpe in Epsom know where I had it done when I meet them.
You have not only lost me as a customer for obviously, but they are now losing potential customers for ever also.
