The staff are friendly if you're a regular, but I felt like I was either ignored or forgotten. I was sitting for 20 minutes at the wash basin while my hairdresser tried to fit in another customer. Given how damaged my hair was when I washed it at home (it was stringy and lost all texture) I assume they also left the bleach on for too long. I've since had to get my hair cut by another hairdresser to remove the damaged ends.

I've been to the Glamour Garage in Epsom a few times now, with Courtney for hair and Hayley for lashes and make-up. Both of them are extremely professional and skilled. They don't just go with what you say but will give you their professional opinion on how to make it easier or better for you. They are quick but not rushed. The atmosphere at the Garage is friendly and lovely. Can absolutely recommend this place, love it! Will be back!
