Booked this appointment for my little sisters 13th birthday as a present the lash lift didn’t work at all I called to ask to speak to a manager I was told I had to tell the receptionist before I could speak to the manger which never came to the phone! The lashes just looked tinted and they told me basically the manger said they was fine when she left so you can come back the next day to redo lucky I know with perming you have to wait sometime before redoing them! Terrible place AVOID!
