Hayley was great and dealt with my son's piercing really well. She explained the process and made him feel at ease.
Unfortunately another member of staff who spoke to us used extremely offensive language - I was shocked as I had both my children with me and one is very young. I certainly do not expect this language to be used in front of customers, and especially children.
