It wasn’t Jess but the time before was absolutley shocking letting a 16 year old do my eyelashes who has destroyed them to point where I can’t have anything for at least 4 weeks Very disappointed and hopefully this situation gets resolved.
I’m totally emotionally effected by this. But Jess has always been very welcoming kind and caring and in future will always make sure she has me as a client. She has done my make up and my eyelashes it was just unfortunate for the mistake made in between.
