My 7 year old had her ears pierced and she was very excited and nervous. The welcome could have been a little more friendly towards her directly and as it was a Sunday there was no-one on reception so we were left to sit unattended for a few minutes. We filled forms in and then got to choose earrings. When we went into the room and the procedure started my daughter was addressed directly and given a nice experience and she is delighted with her new earrings. Thank you.
