Hayley put the marks for piercing quite high, reluctantly moved them lower when Afterwards she didn’t get my daughter to look in a mirror. When we left we realised how badly placed they were. One very close to 1st earring, the other further away. Very uneven. We ended going to get them removed by a proper piercer who said they were badly done and not pierced straight, but at an angle. We didn’t come back then because we didn’t want them redone there. We won’t be back

This was my first time having an LVL - and unfortunately I’m really disappointed. the technician was late turning up to work, a child kicked my chair for most of the appointment and she was quite vocal that she’d run out of the usual glue (airlift) and the results have been so poor. 2 days later and aside from a fair bit of glue left over my lashes I can’t see any visible difference.
