I have been going to Reia for about 6 months now, she has always been excellent. From my first hair consultation where she was very knowledgeable and honest about what I should have for my hair type, to multiple maintences, she has always been so responsive if I've had a concern and I couldn't fault her at all, she makes me feel so comfortable and is very talented at what she does. Reia is a credit to Glamour Garage.

I arrived to my appointment on time and was kept waiting for 15 minutes, when one treatment finished no one seemed to know who was supposed to be doing my next treatment and it felt like I was an afterthought. Couldn’t fault the two girls who did my treatments they were lovely and did a good job. Got home to an email stating my treatment had been rescheduled which isn’t good enough when sent after the appointment time, and no one explained this when I arrived.
