I don’t usually like to leave a bad review but unfortunately I didn’t have a great experience. I was booked for half head highlights and cut blowdry, this is what I always get with my usual hairdresser. Georgie was nice and tried to rectify her mistake.
My highlights were only a TSection application rather than 1/2 head and looked yellow through the root (never had this problem) applied toner which then made the root line look worse. Ended up with 3 toners and now looks like box colour result

Staff refused to curl my hair, said she couldn’t be bothered! Same Staff member swearing, kept saying how hungover she was and had attitude.
I was anxious as had a bad previous experience but Beth made me feel at ease and talked me through the whole thing. Although charged for lashes when it said strip lashes included.
My hair was a little rushed and it showed as the curls were uneven and had dropped by the time I got to the car. Had to redo once home. There was no time taken on hair.

Thought the other staff was a little bit unprofessional, swearing and telling people how drunk they got the night before! I paid for make up and hair but they couldn’t really do my hair as it was a little short for what I asked for I think they should have Atleast offered a bit of money back! It states when booking that eyelashes are included but I had to pay separate for the lashes. Happy with the make up though

Traci never fails to disappoint! I have been struggling with hair loss and wanted to add more volume to my hair. Traci was fab, she colour matched my hair to perfection and gave me my bouncy locks back! Very warm and welcoming salon.
