I was a bit disappointed with my second lash session. The session felt a bit rushed and I was not even asked to look at the final lashes with a mirror to check if I was happy with the result, just to find out that some spaces were not filled and the work was a bit clumsy. It was disappointing.

Young staff, all shouting over the top of me whilst having my treatment. Didn't even get a smile off of the girl giving treatment let alone any talk. The girl was laughing with the other girls which was shaking the bed while having treatment. All on there phones and completely unprofessional, however the treatment wasn't bad, eyelashes look OK just completely not what I wanted. I won't be returning with such young and immature staff
