Wash was not what I would call an experience or value for money as did not feel like my entire head of hair was shampooed just the top and too light with pressure when massaging in the product. Straightening was good but no product put into hair afterwards to finish it off as part of styling. Disappointed.

The appointment ran on time, which I appreciated. The stylist was polite and professional The result was okay overall, though not as polished as I’d hoped in a couple of spots. Decent option if you need something quick and local
