Totally disappointing after I left the salon , I have gaps and my lashes are uneven , Don’t think they we’re worth £48 .. and won’t be going back to that branch again .. absolutely gutted !!

Maisie was very sweet & chatty and I was happy with my cut and blow dry.
One negative comment would be that when a stylist is running over, so therefore late for their next appointment, I think it would be polite and professional if they were to take a moment to apologise to their new client and explain they'll be with them in however many minutes...
But thank you. I was happy overall
