I booked a big back combed blowdry look for £40. The stylist washed and dried my hair and then just curled with straighteners. I wanted volume, I didn't get any. The girls are lovely but they are too young and inexperienced to be providing a £40 service that they cannot achieve. I wanted big hair, blow dried with a round curly brush, volume at the roots, there was none of that and I had to ask how she was going to achieve volume at the top, she said she could put two rollers in if I wanted.

Very unprofessional and I had to ask to see my eyebrows once finished. I had makeup on my brow this was not removed before the dye was applied. They had to do it twice as not surprisingly it had not taken. I will not return!!!
