Despite prepaying for a full head colour I only received a root tint. I advised my colourist of this but she insisted I had only paid for a root tint. 20 minutes into the colour she admitted I had in fact paid for the full head and quickly applied the rest of the colour to my hair for ten minutes. Rather disappointed with the experience.
