I can't believe this salon has 5 star reviews. When I arrived I was informed that the salon/ the girls working there don't specialise in short haircuts. Then was told that a dry haircut i booked was actually just a trim. I was told that they do have a "specialist" in cutting short hair but in another branch. Was not offered a refund or rebooking a service in another salon. Very poor customer service. I have trimmed my hair as they looked very shabby. The girl trimming my hair did best she could
