So much potential. Looks great & quite funky on the inside. Sadly their is literally no atmosphere! came in with my twin Girls birthday who were 13 so was hoping for a nice salon experience. They didn’t take interest or make them feel special. Zero interaction by staff sat around. They were too busy on there phones. Lucy was pleasant but again not very chatty and Hair curls fell out 20mins later. None of the staff in there were friendly or welcoming. Never going back. Money wasted.
