I'm a very loyal customer. The fact that I was willing to try Glamour Garage and not go to my usual stylist is a big deal for me. But good, fast responsive customer service, and quickly available appointments matter to me. Also not being rushed matters. Lastly when lockdown has put financial restrictions on us. Competitive prices make a lot of difference too. My hair and brows look fabulous and I'm well pleased
