Booked online for a tint an wax, when I arrived was told that the booking came through for threading instead of waxing which I agreed, the wax was not warm enough as it was an early appointment.
The threading has cut my brow and upper eye in numerous places, seven cuts in all on one eye all are very obvious. I have been asked what has happened by lot of people as they are so obvious.
