I went in for a hair up. I asked for a top knot/high bun but the girl couldn't do it so we did curls in the end. The cost was different but they can't refund so I now I have a credit I would rather a refund. I also went in for a facial a few months ago, again the service was not what I booked for but I said I was happy to do a different one. I paid for a 60 min facial but it only lasted around 30 mins...again was told I would receive a refund for half the cost still nothing.
