On a whole, this was the absolute worst hair and customer service treatment I’ve ever experienced.
In addition to the absolutely dyer standard that the stylist left my hair in- including extensions placed so low that you can definitively see the ends of my hair, to put it lightly it literally looked like a scarf of hair with my natural hair Sitting on top.
When I asked her to fix it she then said I’d have to pay a further £15 PER TAPE that she needed to use to ‘conceal my short parts’.

I showed my therapist a picture of her own work which I loved andshe was happy to recreate for me.I was completely comfortable during the treatment.However I was very disappointed with the results.They didn’t look like the picture at all. Very long lashes andvery cheap looking.They weren’t spaced out well.Different lengths in random places and a bulk of lashes at the end which were all crossed over each other.I had them removed at another salon immediately causing me more money.very disappointed
