Treatment and therapist great. The receptionist, Zoe?, was very brash, unhelpful and unwelcoming, commenting that she is “only grumpy because she has to deal with customers all day, they’re stupid!” She just moaned the whole time I was receiving my treatment, really unacceptable with customers in the shop.
